The 50/50 Shared Maintenance Package II is perfect for those of you who are tech savvy and can monitor and maintain most of your own online administration with minimal direction.
BUT you need us to help you get it up and running, provide ongoing site hosting, do some of the more technical set-up including initial SEO and advance maintenance, and, of course, someone to brainstorm with from time to time!
As a Co-Administrator, your availability, skill & comfort level should be advanced enough to at minimum be able to:
- log on & utilize a site administrator online dashboard
- add weekly/regular fresh content to the site
- add and update blog postings
- optimize newly added content for keywords
- maintain your client email database
- use client email database to track and distribute e-communications
- acquire & upload images, including prepping the images (cropping, touchup, enhancement and resizing as needed), still shots and video
Just as with our Package I,
1 – We’ll sit down with you one-on-one and talk with you about your needs and goals.
2 – Next we’ll take a look at sample sites, visit and test drive actual available online features, and maybe even draft your own mock-up site with some of those nifty features to see how they fit for your business.
3 – Then together we’ll create the best value package customized for you, your business, business goals, and of course, within your budget.
4 – With the 50/50 Package II, we’ll also work with you to outline the dual administrator roles. Together we’ll create a monthly task list for you to use which will help you to maximize your maintenance time and activities each month. Timelines will be included which correlate to our Co-Admin tasks so we can be sure your online presence is being enhanced optimally through our mutual administrative roles.
